Model

Description Illustration
1 Story A one-story type dwelling of an elongated style. Dwellings of this type are sometimes built on concrete slabs but are often found with partial or full basements.

Raised Ranch A one-story and basement type dwelling with an entrance foyer between the two levels.

Split-Level This type dwelling has three and sometimes for levels of living area. A broken wall height and broken roof design distinguishes the split level from the raised ranch design.

2 Story

This type dwelling has two main levels of living area, sometimes built on concrete slabs but are often found with partial or full basements.
